TransForum Advisory Board (TAB) Now that TransForum is in the second part of its term, the focus of the Advisory Board will shift from evaluation and advising on project proposals to the monitoring of lessons learned and helping organise the TransForum legacy. In addition the TAB will help identify the extent to which TransForum has succeeded in linking up the implicit knowledge held by stakeholders with specific scientific knowledge: one of the main objectives of the programme. The TAB meets four times a year. Its composition is as follows:

International Advisory Board (IAB) The IAB advises the General Manager of TransForum. Its tasks are:
Identification of relevant experience with transition processes in the field of sustainable agriculture worldwide
Provision of well-founded visions and opinions concerning overall trends in the field of sustainable agriculture and advising the TransForum management on the application of these
Presentation of innovative international concepts and technologies, etc., that can help promote more sustainable agriculture
Promoting cooperation between Dutch and foreign businesses and organisations concerned with the transition towards sustainable agriculture
Identification of international publications and current research that can contribute towards the body of knowledge required for TransForum's mission
International benchmarking of the development of transition management expertise for sustainable agriculture
Encouragement of cooperation among Dutch and foreign knowledge institutes aimed at the development of international knowledge.

Supervisory Board The Supervisory Board supervises the effective and efficient realisation of TransForum's end result by the Board of Governors and the bureau, and checks that the Board of Governors is performing its duties properly. The Supervisory Board seeks to ensure that conflicts of interest are avoided. On the basis of its own observations, the Board advises the Board of Governors on the measures that need to be taken and assesses nominations of new members of the Board of Governors. The composition of the Supervisory Board is as follows:
